Sales strategies include building a sales plan, lead generation, managing sales pipelines, and customer relationship management using CRM systems and loyalty programs. Additionally, the module covers market research methods, market entry strategies, branding elements, and public relations basics.

Module 3: Operations and Growth

This module delves into operational management and strategies for business expansion. It encompasses designing operational processes, ensuring quality control, managing supply chains, and optimizing efficiency through technology. The Lean Startup methodology is explored, emphasizing iterative product development and customer-focused strategies. The module also covers growth strategies such as identifying opportunities, developing scalable business models, and expanding into new markets. It addresses challenges of managing growth, maintaining company culture, and scaling the team. Financial management aspects include long-term planning, investment analysis, and exit strategies like sales or mergers.
