Value for Money Assessment practice in Project Management Course

INTRODUCTION

This 5-day training will give an introduction to value for money assessment (VFM) in project management and build the confidence and skills of NGO staff who have limited experience of using value for money techniques when designing programmes and preparing proposals and budgets for institutional donors.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

This course is suitable for people who are new to or have little experience in managing and measuring VFM in programme design, proposal writing and the preparation of programme budgets.

Course Administration Details:

REQUIREMENTS

Participants should be reasonably proficient in English. Applicants must live up to Indepth Research Institute (IRES) admission criteria.

METHODOLOGY

The instructor led trainings are delivered using a blended learning approach and comprises of presentations, guided sessions of practical exercise, web based tutorials and group work. Our facilitators are seasoned industry experts with years of experience, working as professional and trainers in these fields.

All facilitation and course materials will be offered in English. The participants should be reasonably proficient in English.

ACCREDITATION

Upon successful completion of this training, participants will be issued with an Indepth Research Institute (IRES) certificate.

TRAINING VENUE

The will be held at The IRES Training Centre. The course fee covers the course tuition, training materials, two break refreshments, lunch, and study visits.

All participants will additionally cater for their, travel expenses, visa application, insurance, and other personal expenses.
