INTRODUCTION

Supply Chain contributes a significant share of the product cost, which affects the cash flow of the business. This Management Accounting & Supply Chain Strategies training course is designed to cover the role and importance of integrating financial management KPI into operational KPI in terms of theories and practices in light of cash flow. Accreditation
