Introduction

As an HR Specialist, you require the skills to turn data into intuitive reports and compelling stories for decision-makers.  This include tracking qualitative indicators such as employee motivation and satisfaction, the quality of the various competencies of the individual employees, or evaluations of their performance. The measurement of these qualitative metrics and their enumeration is one of the main problems of facing the HR professionals.

This IRES training course will provide you with confidence and enable you to learn qualitative techniques to look at information, interpret human capital analytics, solve problems and evaluate solutions using workforce and HR metrics. Each session will help you acquire the skills to properly review, define, measure, and track qualitative HR metrics that are aligned to business strategies. 

This course aims to build the capacity of HR professionals in qualitative data management and analysis using NVIVO qualitative software. This software has many features that can assist to simplify the whole process of doing qualitative research.

METHODOLOGY

The instructor led trainings are delivered using a blended learning approach and comprise of presentations, guided sessions of practical exercise, web-based tutorials and group work. Our facilitators are seasoned industry experts with years of experience, working as professional and trainers in these fields.

All facilitation and course materials will be offered in English. The participants should be reasonably proficient in English.

ACCREDITATION

Upon successful completion of this training, participants will be issued with an Indepth Research Institute (IRES) certificate certified by the National Industrial Training Authority (NITA).

TRAINING VENUE

The training will be held at IRES Training Centre. The course fee covers the course tuition, training materials, two break refreshments and lunch.
