Occupational accidents may lead to permanent disabilities or deaths and/or economic losses or both. In order to develop a good safety culture, the attitude of the hotel and hospitality workers needs to be reoriented by adopting best practices, good housekeeping, and changes in work culture and work practices. Occupational accidents are common in Hotel industry in many developing countries. Prediction of various types of accidents helps managers, hotel and hospitality workers to formulate organizational policies and practices for improving safety performance. This course intends to equip all the participant with necessary skills to evaluate safety practices and identify recommend best practices on safety issues.

Methodology
These instructor-led training sessions are delivered using a blended learning approach and include presentations, guided practical exercises, web-based tutorials, and group work. Accreditation
Upon successful completion of this training, participants will be issued an Indepth Research Institute (IRES) certificate certified by the National Industrial Training Authority (NITA).
