Introduction

What is Coaching and Mentoring? Mentoring is a relationship between an experienced person (Mentor) who is willing to share his/her knowledge, skills and expertise and an energized individual (Mentee) who is open & willing to learn and grow within a specific area/domain.

Whereas Coaching is unlocking and revealing a person’s potential to maximize their own performance. Coaching aims to develop and improve performance and establishes focus on the present rather than on the distant past or future.

What is the purpose of Coaching and Mentoring? Mentoring and Coaching is the guidance, direction given by a mentor or coach. A mentor influences the personal & professional growth of a mentee. Mentoring & Coaching helps people in becoming more effective at work and in personal life, learn new skills, develop greater confidence, and make better decisions for overall personal and professional growth. Course Administration Details:

METHODOLOGY

The instructor led trainings are delivered using a blended learning approach and comprise of presentations, guided sessions of practical exercise, web-based tutorials and group work. Our facilitators are seasoned industry experts with years of experience, working as professional and trainers in these fields.

All facilitation and course materials will be offered in English. The participants should be reasonably proficient in English.

ACCREDITATION

Upon successful completion of this training, participants will be issued with an Indepth Research Institute (IRES) certificate certified by the National Industrial Training Authority (NITA).

TRAINING VENUE

The training will be held at IRES Training Centre. The course fee covers the course tuition, training materials, two break refreshments and lunch.

All participants will additionally cater for their, travel expenses, visa application, insurance, and other personal expenses.
