Introduction
Since the introduction of the Balance scorecard by Drs. Kaplan and Norton, a number of organisations have developed BSC aligned plans. At the corporate level (Tier 1) there appear to be significant improvement. Despite the obvious benefits, the challenge has been in cascading the same to several layers of the organization. Indeed few organisations have successfully cascaded the same to the lowest layer i.e. personal scorecard. Those that has dared to do so appear to wade in unknown seas with no compass for direction. In the end they have either lost the vigour and momentum required to sustain the BSC or they have opted to have different frameworks for planning at different layers. Aligning the same to the performance management framework is an impossibility. This course aims to build capacity in cascading the BSC and to bring into perspective lessons learnt for improved decision-making.

Accreditation
